Rooms were immaculate and spacious. The staff was great, couldn't ask for better people. And breakfast was awesome. The pancake maker was the hit of our visit I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here
I was in town visiting from Florida and everyone was so nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, kind, and helpful in making recommendations for dinner. The grounds and everything were well-kept. Rooms clean. Breakfast is good. I'll be back
I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice and comfortable hotel when we had to find a room on the fly while driving through unexpected tornado weather. The hotel was so nice that it seemed like it must be pretty new. It was clean, well furnished and upholstered for all our needs, and a comfy bed to boot! Plus they allow pets which was a must have for us since we were traveling with our dog and worried no open hotel would allow her on short notice. Finally Mrs. Margaret who checked us in was just a dang delight. She was sweet and thoughtful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. If you need a place to stay near here, highly recommend this hotel.
You can tell that the employees and owners actually care about this hotel. I've visited several Best Western Plus locations, but this location is one of the best. The young lady at the service desk was lovely, professional, and very helpful. Our room was pristine and very comfortable. The location itself was quiet and safe. An excellent place to stay!
Not gone lie, I was very skeptical about staying here, but it actually was not bad at all: the room was big and clean. It was very nice. The front desk was very kind (both ladies) and extremely helpful(my husband got our Uhual stuck in the mud in the banks parking lot haha) Anywho, everyone was so helpful and understanding. They went above and beyond caring for our family member during a medical emergency, handling the situation with great professionalism and compassion until we were able to arrive from out of state. It’s truly comforting to know that there are still individuals with such caring and compassionate hearts. Best Western has always been my preferred hotel brand when traveling, but after experiencing the exceptional service at this location, I’ve gained a new level of admiration for the brand. Thank you all for your outstanding care and support.
